The Interactive WDW Vacation Planner is a calendar that I created to maximize the magical experiences of your upcoming 
WDW vacation and minimize the overwhelming little details. This calendar lists the following for each day:
- Park hours including Extra Magic Hours
- Weather at the WDW Resort
HINT: Remember, when checking EPCOT hours, World Showcase does not open until 11:00 AM. Take advantage of EPCOT’s Extra Magic Hours in the morning to hit the hot rides in Future World (Test Track, Soarin’, Mission Space).
HINT: Check out the dates and times for special events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and the Candlelight Processional. You need to purchase a separate ticket for these events, so head over the WDW website.
To get started, you need to have a Google account. If you do not have one, you can create one by clicking here.
Once you have your Google calendar account, click on the link below to access the WDW Vacation Planning Calendar.

Click on the day that you would like to customize for your vacation, then right click on the event. You then have the option to copy the event from the WDW Vacation Planning Calendar to your personal Google calendar!
Now, here is what is so exciting about this; you can download the Google Calendar app to your smart phone and have your vacation plans right at your fingertips, no matter where you are in the WDW Resort! You can also share your calendar with family members and friends who are part of your magical gathering via email, so everyone will have the vacation details right at their fingertips and know where and when to meet!!!!
